Water damage via leaks in the roof or floor above can cause mould & the ceiling and cornice to sag if left unchecked. This sagging & mould WILL spread. Best to repair the plasterboard early to minimise the damage caused.

We reinforce the structural integrity of the frame to give the plasterboard a strong hold on the ceiling, well above industry standards.
